Information collected
The early-access form may collect your name, work email, company, role, primary use case, current data environment, preferred deployment model, optional message, consent state, submission time, and limited technical data needed to prevent abuse and operate the website.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to early-access requests, evaluate product fit, prioritize practical workflows, maintain website reliability, and meet legal obligations. It is not used to claim customer relationships or product results.
Form submissions
When a server-side lead endpoint is configured, the form submits the request to that endpoint. If direct submission is unavailable, the website opens a prepared email addressed to contact@xlpilot.app and clearly requires the visitor to send it. The website does not claim that an email request was received before it is sent.
Analytics and cookies
The interface exposes an analytics event after a verified successful submission. No analytics provider is identified because one has not been confirmed. If analytics or non-essential cookies are enabled later, this policy and required consent controls must be updated.
Data retention
Early-access information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate participation, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal requirements. A final retention schedule has not yet been confirmed.
Third-party processors
Configured hosting, form, email, CRM, analytics, or infrastructure providers may process information on VEROXA’s behalf. The final processor list depends on production configuration and must be confirmed before launch.
Security limitations
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are intended, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit confidential workbook contents, passwords, API keys, payment data, or other sensitive source data through the early-access form.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the form and contact VEROXA by email instead. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product, website, and integrations evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
